7 /10 Our Rating

Midnite Sports

Midnite is a London betting company that writes its own software and has no parent group. It has grown into a full sportsbook and casino, and it competes with the biggest names on features such as early payout, boosted prices and fast withdrawals. It is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission through Dribble Media Limited, account number 42647.

For this review we went through the Midnite website and its help centre in October 2026: the sportsbook, the racing pages, the payment and withdrawal articles, the maximum payout rules, the offer terms and the complaints procedure. We checked the company on the Gambling Commission register and at Companies House, and we compared Midnite’s prices with other independent bookmakers on the same afternoon.

Who owns Midnite

Dribble Media Limited was incorporated in April 2015 and is based on Paul Street in London. Its Companies House record carries a formal statement that no single person or company holds a controlling stake. In other words, there is no parent group behind Midnite. Ownership is spread across its shareholders.

The licence history on the Gambling Commission register tells the story of the business. A gambling software licence came first, in July 2015. Betting on real events followed in December 2018, a casino in May 2023 and bingo in July 2024. A company that holds a software licence builds its own product, and that is why Midnite looks and behaves differently from bookmakers that rent a platform. Our independent bookmakers page compares it with the other technology-led firms.

The website and sportsbook

Midnite is laid out like an app, on a phone and on a desktop. Five tabs sit across the top: Sports, Racing, Games, Live Casino and Virtuals. A second row gives you Home, Rewards, In-Play with a live count of events, and Acca Builder. Under that is a scrolling row of sports.

The range is the widest of any independent we reviewed. Alongside football, racing, greyhounds, tennis, cricket, golf, darts, snooker and both rugby codes, the menu includes futsal, badminton, handball, table tennis, volleyball and beach volleyball. The rules section also covers esports in detail, with separate rules for Counter-Strike, League of Legends, Dota 2, Call of Duty and other titles.

When we visited, the top of the page was a carousel of boosted prices. Each one showed the old price and the new one, for example a player double on the England match moved from 11/8 to 9/4, a horse in an evening race from 4/6 to 4/5 and a golfer in the Spanish Open from 7/1 to 8/1. Below the boosts came the day's football by competition and a Next Races list.

Football: 2UP and the Acca Builder

Football is where Midnite puts most of its effort, and 2UP is the headline feature. We read the full terms. Back a team in the standard full-time result market, before kick-off, and if that team goes two goals ahead at any point the bet is settled as a winner, whatever the final score.

  • It applies to singles and to multiples. In a multiple, the 2UP leg is marked as won and the rest of the bet runs on.
  • It is switched on by default. A toggle and a 2UP badge on the bet slip show that it applies.
  • It covers a published list of qualifying competitions.
  • It does not apply to boosted prices or to the draw.

The Acca Builder has its own button in the main menu, and the promotions list includes bet builder vouchers and a feature called Sub Hero. On the England match on 6 October 2026, Midnite was 15/2 the draw, in line with most independents that afternoon. If you build accumulators, our guide to accumulators explains how the returns are worked out.

Horse racing

Racing has its own tab. The Next Races list gives more information per race than most sites: the distance, the race class, the going, the number of runners and the each-way terms all sit in the header, before you open the card. On our visit the list ran through Leicester, Brighton, Galway and Southwell and included French, Italian and North American meetings.

On the 5:01 at Leicester, Midnite was 13/8 about the favourite, a bigger price than three of the owner-run independents we checked at the same time. Horse racing boosts are listed among its regular offers. For more on racing bookmakers, see our horse racing betting page and the racing calendar.

Payout limits

Midnite publishes a full table of maximum payouts in its help centre, by sport and by tier of competition. The top lines are the highest we found among the newer independents:

  • Horse racing: £250,000 on UK and Irish racing and on named international meetings such as the Arc, the Breeders' Cup, the Dubai World Cup and the Melbourne Cup.
  • Football: £250,000 on the Premier League, the EFL, the main European leagues, the Champions League, the FA Cup, the World Cup and the Euros.
  • Tennis, cricket, darts, NFL, NBA, baseball and ice hockey: £100,000 on the leading competitions.
  • Greyhounds: £50,000 on the main daytime and televised meetings.

A multiple that mixes sports takes the lowest limit among its legs. For an accumulator punter, a £250,000 ceiling on mainstream football is a real advantage over most small bookmakers.

Deposits and withdrawals

Midnite sets out its payment methods in a single table, which we wish every bookmaker did. You can use Visa debit and Mastercard debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pay by Bank, which connects straight to your bank through open banking.

  • The minimum deposit is £5 on every method, and deposits are instant.
  • Most withdrawals are processed within minutes.
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pay by Bank withdrawals are stated at up to 72 hours. Card withdrawals can take up to five business days.
  • You hold one active payment method at a time, and withdrawals go back to it. That keeps things simple and quick.
  • If you use a Wise card, Midnite offers Pay by Bank for the withdrawal automatically, so you do not need to contact support.

Pay by Bank deserves a mention. You choose your bank from a list, approve the payment in your own banking app and return to Midnite with the deposit credited. You never type in a card number.

Cash out

Cash out is available on selected markets, including esports, for pre-match, live, outright and multiple bets. The cash out value does not include the stake of a free bet.

Rewards and free-to-play

Rewards has its own place in the main menu. The help centre lists weekly rewards for sports and for casino, free bet and bet builder vouchers, and a Daily Scratchcard that is free to play. The current welcome offer for new customers is shown in the panel on this page, and our free bets page compares it with others.

Customer support

Live chat is the quickest route, and the chat button is on every page. Midnite is honest about how it works: an AI assistant answers general questions first, and the support team handles anything more complex. You can also email, write by post or use a Telegram bot, which no other bookmaker on our list offers.

The complaints procedure has clear timings. Midnite acknowledges a complaint within 24 hours and aims to give a full response within 15 working days. An unresolved betting dispute can go to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service.

Casino and apps

Games, Live Casino and Virtuals each have a tab, and a slots prize battle was being promoted on the homepage when we visited. Midnite has apps for iOS and Android.

Who Midnite suits

Midnite suits the football punter who bets on a phone. 2UP on by default, an Acca Builder in the main menu, a £250,000 football payout limit and withdrawals processed in minutes are a strong combination. It is also a natural choice for esports and for anyone who bets on less common sports.

If you want to speak to a trader or pay by bank transfer or cheque, an owner-run firm such as Star Sports is a better match. To check a price before you bet, use our betting odds calculator.
